- Community Manager
Susan Hubbard began her career with HHHunt in 1991 in the Roanoke, VA area and recently moved to the Chesterfield area as Community Manager at Abberly CenterPointe Apartment Homes. Susan has held regional and state positions within the Virginia apartment industry, including the Roanoke Lynchburg Regional Apartment Association, as well as being a voting member on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Apartment Management Association. In her role as Community Manager, Susan leads and manages a team of leasing, customer service, and maintenance professionals. Her main goal is to lead these professionals to serve our residents and community with exceptional customer service and provide quality products that reflect the Values and Brand Promises of HHHunt. In addition to multiple company awards, Susan holds various industry related certifications including a Certified Apartment Manager designation with the National Apartment Association. Originally from the Richmond and Chesterfield area, she is happy to be back home and closer to her family and friends. Susan enjoys hiking, running, biking, traveling, decorating, spending time at the beach and loves her quality time with family and friends.
- Assistant Community Manager
Amy Marshall joined HHHunt in March 2022 as Assistant Manager at Abberly CenterPointe. She joins us with over four years of experience and passion in Property Management. Amy also spent 11 years as a Senior Communications Officer with Henrico County Division of Police. She finds Property Management rewarding when she is able to help residents, ‘love where they live’. Amy’s nickname is Amy “Crocker” for her love of cooking and baking for others. She enjoys spending time at the beach, fall festivals, free time with her family, friends and cat.
- Leasing Consultant
Kaitlin joined the HHHunt team in April 2021 as a Leasing Consultant. With over 10 years of customer service and business administration experience, she shows her passion by fulfilling HHHunt’s Vision of ‘improving the world and how people live’ by helping prospective residents select their perfect apartment home. In her spare time, Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, Ella and Charlie.
- Leasing Consultant
Jordan Reed joined the Abberly CenterPointe Team in June 2021 as a Leasing Consultant. As a native of the Allegheny Mountains, he is excited to experience urban living for the first time. With four years of direct customer service and hospitality experience, Jordan strives for excellence whether it be personally or professionally. His goal is to help others and improve their experience in any way possible. Jordan is very excited to be a part of the HHHunt family and looks forward to serving the Abberly CenterPointe Community. In his spare time, in addition to running, exploring new restaurants and traveling, you might find Jordan dressed up, attending local theatre or on the sofa playing video games.
- Service Manager
William Souder joined HHHunt in 2018 as Service Manager at Abberly CenterPointe Apartment Homes in Midlothian, VA. After his service in the Marine Corps and telecommunications field, William entered property management and now has over seven years of apartment industry experience. He has served in various roles including Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Supervisor and Renovations Supervisor at other area communities. As the Service Manager at Abberly CenterPointe, he leads the daily operations of our Service Team, ensuring our residents receive the award-winning customer service that is expected at our community. William holds certifications in HVAC, Asbestos and Mold Remediation and has a strong mechanical and construction background. He enjoys sports, woodworking and all outdoor activities, but most of all, William is a proud father who enjoys spending time with his four kids.
- Service Technician
Kat joined our Abberly Centerpointe Team as a Service Technician in October 2019. She has been in the multifamily maintenance field since 1998 and loves exceeding residents' needs and expectations. Kat is originally from Kitzingen, Germany and loves spending time in her garden, enjoying arts and crafts, camping, and going on motorcycle adventures with her son.

Harry Clayton joined our Abberly CenterPointe Team as a Service Technician in August 2021. He joins us with 28 years of multifamily maintenance experience, a passion for delivering quality service, and being resident focused. Originally from Bronx, NY, Harry moved to Virginia in 1991. He is happily married and has four children and six grandchildren. In his earlier years, Harry was a boxer and he still enjoys watching boxing today. And when it comes to football, he’s an Eagles fan through and through! In his free time Harry enjoys traveling, eating out and going to the movies.
Recently moved in and the Abberly team was extremely professional, responsive, and patient with all the questions that we had. The location is great, facilities are kept very clean, and it is quiet. Great decision to choose Abberly.
I love living here at Abberly, New to the Midlothian area, I love that the entire staff maintenance included are amazing. Jordan Reed goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and with such kindness. This is a place I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a well kept quiet, friendly safe apartment home.
OMG! Their apartments are gorgeous! The Administration people is so friendly and helpful. This jewel is perfectly located in the heart of Midlothian.
I recently relocated for work to the area from out of state. I looked at several apartment buildings in the area and fell in love with Abberly CenterPointe. I’ve been here a few weeks and I’ve had a few service tickets submitted and they were all resolved quicker than I expected. The staff is very friendly and so helpful! So glad I chose this apartment complex!
I absolutely love living here. Everyone that works in maintenance and in the office are always kind & helpful. The property & apartment homes are beautiful. The amenities are wonderful. I also enjoy it being located so close to everything, I'm always less than 20 minutes away from somewhere I need to be. Wonderful complex!
My wife and I just moved into an Abberly apartment after selling our house. The entire experience of touring apartments, working through the application process, and securing the apartment was smooth, and well managed by our Leasing Consultant Aneisha! When we had a small maintenance issue after moving in, submitting the maintenance request through the Resident Portal was simple - and - within about an hour, Shane and Kat arrived to resolve the issue! All around terrific experience so far
This is my favorite place I've ever lived! My fiancé would agree. It has updated appliances, granite counter tops, and we were the first people to live in our specific apartment. Our patio has a beautiful view of a pond and trees. The pond has a nice side walk that we like to take walks on. The leasing staff was nothing but helpful and nice to us with the move in process. Definitely recommend moving here!
Office extremely pleasant and cordial. Rental process was easy and painless with an emphasis on COVID protocol. Buildings and grounds are well maintained. My husband is disabled and they were quick to install necessary equipment to make it safer for him. Very quick response to repair needs. The dog park is clean albeit rarely used, but my dog enjoys the walk on the paved trail around the complex.
The apartments are really nice and the floorplans are spacious. Everything here is great. I can't wait until we are able to use all the beautiful amenities.
